EVENING PRIMROSE OIL, the oil extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose, is the main ingredient in evening primrose oil, which has been called "the leading functional medicinal food of the 21st century". Gamma-linolenic acid, also known as vitamin F, is known as the flower of life; in Europe, it is also known as the flower of life; in Europe, it is called "royal medicine" or "royal medicine".
