Pure soybean lecithin is brown-yellow waxy solid, easy to absorb water into brown-black colloidal material, easy to oxidize, from brown-yellow gradually brown to brown-black; Soybean lecithin contains lecithin and cerebral lecithin, which can delay aging and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
